FGA has once again teamed up with Comercio Competitivo to bring members this special course designed for Supermarket Managers who want to improve customer satisfaction and achieve operational excellence in order to retain and gain a loyal customer base. The objective of this course is to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction by improving operational effectiveness and by using customer service techniques and best practices to meet customer’s needs and expectations within your supermarket.
